Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and execute tasks as per ALDI guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and operating cash registers.
• Capable of using equipment like hand jacks, scrubbers, and balers.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
