Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Experience with general cleaning duties and following company policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
