We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
