We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and leading a team to success.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
- Identify training opportunities for team development.
- Monitor the competitive environment and suggest necessary adjustments.
- Provide feedback on products and participate in the interviewing process.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
- Supervise team operations and ensure the highest level of customer service.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in a retail environment, with prior management experience preferred.
