Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide product feedback to store management and assist in decision-making processes.
- Supervise and lead the team to ensure compliance with customer service guidelines and store cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Optimize product display and signage to maximize sales and ensure product quality.
- Participate in inventory management and assist with product ordering.
- Train new employees and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
