Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and comply with cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
