Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI acts competencies in daily tasks.
- Operate cash registers, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Contribute to inventory management and follow company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18, with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
