Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills while performing duties.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Operate equipment efficiently and safely, maintain cleanliness according to standards, and handle alcoholic beverages following state and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail.
