Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, maintain stocked shelves, assist customers with their shopping experience, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
