Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
