Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting weights up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service, operate a cash register efficiently, and use store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities.
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
