Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
