In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and maintain document security
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
