Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing cleaning duties and following company policies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience desirable.
- Experience and education providing equivalent knowledge considered.
