Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your contribution will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
