Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate company values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies to ensure store security and data confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands, including stocking and cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
