Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store looks its best.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Proficiency in operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
