Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store, enhancing customer experiences, and providing exceptional service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company procedures and uphold security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Efficient cash register operation
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred
