Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
