Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Contribute to inventory management and take store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
