Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level). In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and offer exceptional service to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Skills in general cleaning practices and interpreting company policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is favorable.
