Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
