Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
