Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure efficient operations and top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Report product feedback, inventory issues, and operational concerns
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
