Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
