Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, offering feedback on products and store operations.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure security and accuracy.
Physical Demands
- Stock and arrange merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Perform various tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
