Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for future leadership opportunities. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies. This role offers a starting wage of $31.75 per hour with a potential earning of up to $105,500 in the first year.

Requirements

- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred
