Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with the team and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash procedures, and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
