Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
