Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring merchandise availability, excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. standards in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent service, and work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
