Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service.

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
