Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and store security
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency with equipment and general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
