Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, processing purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your contributions will directly impact the shopping experience of our customers and the overall success of our store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's important Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior retail experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
