Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers by stocking products, cashiering, and assisting with cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning duties and following company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales (where applicable).

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
