Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your duties will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback to improve product offerings and address issues.
• Contribute to inventory management and perform store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow policies, provide excellent service, and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
