Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to providing a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and stock shelves accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements for overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory management procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company guidelines, policies, and maintain the security of store data and documents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Effective customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties as required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
