Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
