Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding inventory and customer feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
