Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
