We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
