Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
